| Duties: | � Assist in the development of detailed project specifications
� Develop new and update existing code individually and in a team environment
� May mentor, coach, and give day-to-day work direction to developers assigned to projects

| Qualifications: | Education and Experience:
� BS degree or equivalent in computer science/I\information technology or related field
� At least 4 years web application development experience on medium to large projects
Required Skills:
� Demonstrated success in a very demanding work environment that is highly technical and fast-paced.
� Strong organizational and time management skills- able to work on multiple projects concurrently
� Excellent written and oral communication skills
� Works well in a collaborative team environment
� Excellent problem-solving skills
� Must have hands-on working knowledge of the technical areas of PHP, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, Linux/UNIX experience (basic shell scripts and cron). Must be familiar with MySQL - both SQL query language and database structure/design, UNIX/Apache web hosting server environment and Object Orientated development applications and design framework. Will be responsible to know software development and maintenance practices and methodologies. Must have an awareness of code efficiencies such as the reuse of common modules. Be able to identify opportunities to request consolidation and/or reusability. A working knowledge of the following technical areas are a plus: FLEX, Flash, AJAX, Java, J2EE, SOAP.
