| Description: | We have opportunities for skilled ERP system consultants to lead our functional teams in providing expert guidance to our clients and system integration groups. This is a predominantly client-billable role and will include a compensation package that emphasizes pay-for-performance.
This is a hands-on position. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years experience implementing ERP / CRM / e-Commerce Solutions for small and medium business. Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success at KnowledgeBlue: NetSuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards. |
| Duties: | • Delivery of ERP-system consulting services to our clients. This is a client-billable position
• Lead teams of consultants and tecnicians providing cutomized solutions and ERP system enhancements to our clients. |
| Qualifications: | Specific experience required:
Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
Good understanding and / or some exposure to other related business practices will be considered an advantage, such as Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, and Commissions), Sales Force Automation (Returns, Team Selling), Marketing Campaigns and Web presence (Net or ECommerce, Shopping carts, Website layout).
Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
Skills required:
• Minimum of five years in IT-related occupations;
• Familiarity with e-commerce environments, including ERP, CRM and BI systems;
• Familiarity with Information Technologies (Oracle, open source and J2EE is preferred)
• Ability to lead small teams of consultants;
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional, articulate way;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Platforms and Software tools:
Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Business Objects / Crystal and SQL is desirable.
