| Description: | Spillman Technologies, Inc., a nationally known leader providing public safety software has an immediate opportunity in the Technical Support department. Job responsibilities require a strong aptitude for working in a technical customer support environment.
Primary responsibilities include resolving technical problems reported by customers and employees regarding the use of company software products. Candidate must be very people oriented and able to solve technical problems over the phone and through remote connectivity. The successful candidate must have a technical background including familiarity working in a UNIX or LINUX environment and demonstrate a basic knowledge of network trouble shooting.
