| Duties: | Manage overall project planning and engagement process in the digital group at Hawthorne Direct.� Coordinate delivery of digital and web projects for our DRTV clients and work as a member of the broader integrated team implementing the digital elements of client�s DRTV campaigns.� Primary duties include project scope documentation, scheduling, vendor engagement and overall management of all digital projects to ensure client deliverables and quality expectations are met.� Specifically:
- Understand all phases of project development from strategy through to delivery
- Manage client schedules, project scope, resources and run the overall project engagement process
- Write scope of work and project agreements for digital and web development projects
- Direct client contact for assigned clients
- Work with the assigned Digital Account Strategist in project delivery
- Track project financials and interface with accounting on financial aspects of projects
- Write vendor agreements, scope agreements, engage and manage vendors involved in projects
- Monitor and trigger client/vendor billing and payments, when applicable
- Track weekly and report weekly campaign performance for active and assigned clients
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing and other Online Marketing preferred

| Qualifications: |
- BA or BS degree strongly preferred
- 2 to 5 years of project management in an agency or other professional service business
- Skill and experience in some or all of the following activities: web design, HTML coding, database driven ecommerce web sites, PPC media buying
- Able to lead team members to successfully deliver multiple projects on aggressive deadlines
- Must be process oriented with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Must be extremely pro active with a strong work ethic
- Understanding of complex web development and online marketing projects
- Understanding of agency financial practices and ability to manage financial profitability of projects
This position is located in our regional office in the Salt Lake City area.
