We are a healthcare software company that provides training and print/web content for healthcare professionals.

Most support questions will be in regards to looking up order details, or how to use the website.

If you have healthcare experience a plus to understand our customers (most of customers are in medical coding). If you've worked in a doctor's office or hospital a plus.
Duties:Be lead phone support for customer support inquiries

Represent the company as the voice that interacts with customers

Stay on top of support ticket system to make sure that all support cases are being responded to in timely manner

train team of customer service reps on proper handling of customer questions

create training screencasts of how to perform customer service task for use in training of team members

Make customer survey calls to get feedback on product

Make soft-sell pitches on upgrades/cross-sells to customers
Qualifications:3+ years experience working directly with customers

Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complicated topics in simple terms

Ability to maintain control with frustrated customers and be able to handle their situation with friendly tone

Computer skills: ability to use CRM and helpdesk to look up customer details; ability to understand website and walk customers thru how to use the site

Ability to multi-task and stay organized
