| Duties: | The Buyer takes ownership of a portion of the Director's overall business and manages the processes to achieve sales and margin goals. The Buyer will work with the Director to develop and execute a strategy for assortment, vendor management, pricing and marketing for a specific category of business to maximize sales and profitability.

| Qualifications: | � 2 to 5 years experience as a (window treatments, bath, fashion bedding or furniture Buyer or Associate Buyer with an internet, specialty or department store retailer
� Decision making and creative ability along with excellent communication and negotiating skills
� Have established business relationships with major industry brands
� Be organized, proactive and entrepreneurial
� Show attention to detail
� Strong analytical skills and Excel experience required
� Bachelor's degree in retail, fashion or marketing preferred
� Some travel required
