Inhealthcare seeking a part time midlevel level Outbound Telemarketing Sales Associate. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Inhealthcares solutions and services by initiating contact with high value customers or prospects. Responsible for actively supporting outbound campaigns designed to increase business in strategic territories by utilizing your outgoing personality, great problem solving skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Position Summary:
To initiate proactive outbound telephone sales calls to obtain new business from prospects throughout the United States through telephone contact. This position is quota driven and is focused on new business development. This position is (part time) commission based with bonus potential.
Overall Responsibilities:
To prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
To record gathered information into database while moving prospects along the sales cycle.
To maintain professionalism and proper etiquette through all forms of communication.
Must demonstrate competent understanding of Inhealthcares solutions and services to prospects.
Expand and maintain database program with current contact information.
Accurately document daily efforts and future contact schedule in Client Relationship Management software.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Must have 1 year of outbound sales experience.
Must have 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in telemarketing.
Must be organized, focused and able to work independently.
Must possess SUPERIOR business ethics and integrity.
Candidate must have proven track record of accuracy and timeliness.
Strong persuasive oral communication and written skills.

| Duties: | * Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day.
* Develop leads for follow-up.
* Meet revenue expectations in terms of sales and lead development.
* Provide customer service/support as needed.
* Help develop and modify sales script
* Assist in training of other reps |
| Qualifications: | • Previous sales or collections experience.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
