Reporting to the Director, In Vivo Pharmacology, this position is responsible for evaluating small molecules being investigated as new anticancer agents. Only highly motivated and results oriented candidates will be considered. The candidate must be willing to develop a broad range of experience in a lab setting.

| Duties: | • The primary responsibility for this position will be to conduct experiments at the laboratory bench.
• Basic lab animal husbandry and dosing.
• Conducting biological assays including, but not limited to, in vivo testing, western blots, biomarker analysis used to evaluate drug pharmacodynamics, multi-plexing assays (Luminex) real-time PCR, and other molecular and cellular biology techniques.

| Qualifications: | Essential qualifications and experience are a B.S. with 0-2 years experience in a pharmaceutical lab for Assistant position or M.S. with 1-2 years experience in a pharmaceutical lab for Associate position. Must be willing to work with lab animals, have basic knowledge of lab equipment and GLP (Good Lab Practices), be adept at handling multiple priorities with aggressive timelines, and keep abreast of latest technology and findings related to therapeutic targets through reading scientific literature and attending scientific conferences. The candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
