| Description: | I.T. Managed Services company seeks a qualified computer support technician. Must be able to provide technical support for all recent Microsoft Windows server and workstation operating systems. Must have at least 5 years recent experience working in computer related field, preferably 2 of which working with servers. This is a tier 3 technical support position, handling escalated and sometimes complicated support requests from a variety of clientele. Submit resumes to [email protected], no phone calls please. |
| Duties: | Must be proficient as a computer technician, able to answer phones in a courteous manner and troubleshoot over the phone and through remote tools. Must be able to work independently as a technical resource in quickly troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem resolution of personal computer operations, peripheral devices and connectivity to local & wide area networks. In depth knowledge of Windows XP/7/Server 2003-2008. Familiar with troubleshooting TCP/IP Protocol, DNS, DHCP. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients. |
