| Description: | TestOut is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Professional Sales Representative. A successful IT Professional Sales Representative will make outbound prospecting calls, provide pricing, generate quotes, close sales, maintain customer relationships, and aid to the growth of the IT Professional sales segment. This position works closely with and will report directly to the Sales Manager. |
| Duties: | Responsibilities will include:
� Develop business through prospecting via outbound calls and inbound calls/chats
� Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
� Close business and generate additional revenue for the Company
� Utilize professional selling expertise with the ability to negotiate and think outside the box
� Provide exceptional customer service and provide the best possible purchasing experience for clients
� Maintain accurate customer records in CRM |
| Qualifications: | Required qualifications include:
� Minimum 3 years sales experience
� Excellent prospecting, cold-calling and customer service skills
� Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
� Excellent planning and forecasting skills
� Proven success with quota driven sales
� Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills
� Prior experience with consultative sales
� Prior experience selling IT related solutions
� Excellent communication and analytical skills
