Position Description
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment that offers the opportunity for an HRIS analyst to provide analytic and generalist support for the divisions with responsibility for helping to drive the execution of headcount analysis, reporting, and talent management processes such as: new hire offer approvals, year end compensation and performance reviews.


Duties:Job Responsibilities
� Assist in the administration of headcount analysis and reporting and annual HCM talent management processes including, but not limited to: Compensation and promotion processes; 360 performance review process; diversity initiatives.
� Headcount Analysis and Reporting
� Provide support for divisional headcount and attrition reports
� Ensure consistency in the data and formatting of divisional weekly and month-end headcount and attrition reports
� Provide ad hoc reporting support as required
� Generalist Support
� Work with divisionally aligned generalists to provide seamless service to clients
� Provide analytical support for talent management processes
� Point person for ad hoc requests from the generalist team on various topics

Qualifications:Experience:
� Bachelor�s degree in accounting, finance or a related analytical field
� Minimum of 2-3 years corporate experience

Technical Skills:
� In depth knowledge and familiarity with Excel, specifically in using filtering, pivot tables, v-lookups and other advanced functions
� Strong technical proficiency with web applications, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Business Objects a plus
