Currently Prince, Perelson & Associates is looking for an Account Executive /​ Recruiter for our temporary division.​

| Duties: | Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Driving revenue growth through business to business marketing, prospecting, securing, closing and maintaining accounts/​contracts, penetrating/​sourcing potential companies, and building and maintaining client accounts.​
The ideal candidate will have the strategic ability to expand an existing division.​ Candidate will serve as a Recruiter requiring excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency.​
Additional responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating individuals.​
Candidate will also be required to manage all aspects of hiring, including devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes and coordinating/​managing telephone and in-office interviews, reference checks, offers and rejections.​
Interests or background in accounting and finance is a plus.
