Experience:
Minimum 4 years professional animation experience doing 3D animations for business use.
Job description:
You will be working as part of a creative team that includes:
- An Account exec who will act as the producer. The AE will explain the high level goals of each project and the logistical aspects (schedule, budget, etc.
- Create services director, who will work with you to achieve the correct look and feel for each animation
- Director of Photography, who will work with you on green screen projects
Responsibilities:
- Working with production teams to take high level creative input and turn it into details animation storyboards
- Some light modeling
- Taking stock models and finishing the rigging and texturing
- Scene building, set-dressing
- Lighting to produce clean, crisp, easy to view animations
- Animation of scenes to illustrate technical concepts
- Use of After Effects to composite 3D animations into seamless, high quality output
- Green screen keying and compositing. From time to time we shoot green screen videos. You would be responsible for:
o Keying the footage
o Building 3D sets
o Compositing your animations with the green screen footage to create a seamless animation
