| Description: | We are looking for a dynamic, Director of Product Marketing to lead the development, implementation and execution of marketing plans for our client's proprietary product lines, including creating and managing content for use in presentations, demand-generation campaigns, web marketing and new sales collateral and enablement tools. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional, highly motivated team of product management, engineering, corporate, field and channel marketing, alliances and sales team members. This role combines strategy and tactics, with responsibility for the overall success of all product lines to drive sales enablement and readiness, as well as relevant marketing communications, go-to-market plans, market analyses and competitive intelligence. |
| Duties: | � Contribute to the top-level messaging and positioning for Enterprise Key and Certificate Management. (EKCM) products and solutions.
� Create and execute go-to-market strategies for products and solutions sold directly and as joint offerings with technology alliance partners.
� Collaborate with channel marketing organizations to create and execute campaigns.
� Create content for sales collateral, client web properties and industry events.
� Create and execute written plans for the global launch of products.
� Define go-to-market strategies for new products.
� Research and maintain competitive intelligence and deep understanding of market and industry dynamics.
� Act as a spokesperson and present content at industry conferences, to press and analysts.

| Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements:
� Bachelor�s Degree.
� Ten years� experience in product or solutions marketing.
� Proven experience in the high-tech industry.
� Experience working with and a thorough understanding of enterprise software.
� Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage complexities of multiple ongoing workstreams and to balance the many analytical and execution demands of the role.
� Experience working with channel partners.
� Demonstrated experience building and leading teams strategically and creatively.
� Proven track record of developing effective metrics for measuring program performance.
� Capable of performing core product marketing functions without requiring outside contractors.
� Strong background working with industry analysts, trade media, and public relations professionals
� Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
� Proven technical aptitude to understand and translate core technical product functionality, feature sets and industry-specific nuances into business benefits for target audience and verticals.
� Ability to adapt to changing business and market requirements and prioritize concurrent, and even opposing, business needs and opportunities.
� Proven experience developing PRDs (product requirement document) and MRDs (marketing requirement documents).
� Strong organizational skills; ability and willingness to do whatever is required to meet deadlines.
� The ability to work independently in changing environments, and the ability/willingness to learn.
Preferred Requirements:
� Product management experience in high-tech industry.
� MBA.
