We are looking for a Customer Support Advocate. This position is responsible for providing technical software application support to our mass retail customers by answering questions on function and usage of our software products. This position is responsible for advocating between the customer and Tomax to ensure the success and the satisfaction of the customer with the usage of their Tomax products after implementation. This is not a call center type help desk position.

Duties include:
� Answering questions on the function and usage of Tomax retail management software applications;
� Providing recommendations for configuration/setup of software applications;
� Assisting with the troubleshooting and identification of system bugs;
� Solving logged issues;
� Assisting with the final testing of customer enhancements; and
� Serving as the primarily liaison between Tomax and the customer.

You must have the following skill set:
� 2-5 years experience in a customer applications support environment;
� 2+ years experience in a retail environment using retail management software applications;
� Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, related area or equivalent experience;
� Proficient PC skills for testing, troubleshooting, and call logging;
� Good communication and interpersonal skills;
� Knowledge of the Tomax product suite is preferred;
� Project Management experience preferred;
� Oracle, Unix, or Linux experience preferred; and
� Experience with SQL preferred.
