| Description: | THE POSITION:
The Outbound Call Center/ Business Development Representative performs telephone prospecting functions for clients throughout North America. This is an entry-level position, with a strong opportunity for growth within the company.
COMPENSATION:
� $9.00 - $16.00 per hour

| Duties: | RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships through outbound calling to decision makers and qualify sales opportunities for our company
� Make calls to business owners and IT directors to set sales appointments and invite them to seminars
� Verify contact information and organization data through phone and other inquiries
� Document results of communications in clear and concise notes
� Other duties as assigned |
| Qualifications: | REQUIREMENTS:
� High School Diploma or equivalent
� Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
� Dedication, perseverance, and strong work ethic
� IT and or Sales experience a plus, but not required
� Familiar with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
