| Description: | THE POSITION:
The Apple and PC Technician maintains and repairs customer equipment. The position demands expert knowledge in diagnosis of Apple and PC workstation, laptop, and printer problems. This technician will work on other technologies and products as needed.

| Duties: | RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Maintain, diagnose, and repair customer workstations, laptops, and printers
� Responds to customer requests for technical support and training
� Ensures that the service level agreements between the customer and VLCM are achieved
� Provides regular account updates to service manager and customers
� Requires periodic on call and weekend support |
| Qualifications: | REQUIREMENTS:
� Two plus years of experience with PC, laptop, and printer repair
� Macintosh / Apple certifications required
� Repair certifications preferred (e.g. Dell, HP, Epson)
� Advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
� Experience repairing HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Dell, and other machines
� Familiarity with printers and other office devices (e.g. HP, Xerox, Epson) |
