Job Summary
Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, document and deploy new Connections Plus interfaces
Write/update interface documentation for the Connections Plus Software
Escalation point for migrating existing customers interfaces from RIP to Connections Plus
Test Connections Plus software releases
Provide escalation support for existing RIP and Connections Plus installations
Provide Connections Plus training to internal and external customers
Design, document and maintain standards for Connections Plus interface formats (e.g. HL7, X12, Tagged, delimited and fixed format interfaces)
Create and modify DML (Data Manipulation Language) scripts

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum 5+ years experience working in a software development environment as a product analyst with industry standard interface engines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting interface systems
Familiarity with interface standards and formats
Experience with next generation interface technology (e.g. Intersystems Ensemble)
Experience with scripting languages and programming languages
Understanding of hospital medical record systems (e.g. grouping, editing, coding, abstracting, reimbursement and billing)
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Familiarity with networking operating systems
Knowledge of 3M Health Data Management (HDM) software
Experience with HIM Products (e.g. Codefinder)
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Familiarity with the Telelogic Suite of Tools (DOORS, Change and Synergy)
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to meet predefined deadlines, prioritize work assignments and ensure deliverable dates are met
Able to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
