Cisco currently has an opening available in the Salt Lake City office for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR 4) responsible for driving sales to small and medium businesses (SMB�s). The ideal Inside Sales Representative is a success-driven salesperson who builds strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. This individual must be able to take feedback and direction and adjust activities accordingly to achieve success. He/she must be a competitive sales person with a desire to exceed expectations and an interest in expanding their own capabilities.
Duties:*Utilize marketing, account-profiling, prospecting, cold-calling and solution-selling skills to generate a pipeline of opportunities
*Work with field sales teams to present solutions and close deals
*Identify opportunities and sell the value of Cisco networking solutions including Unified Computing Systems, Cisco Next generation Network Products (NGN), Datacenter solutions and other products to drive long-term Cisco brand preference
*Assist top-tier named partners in selling Cisco products and services
*Develop territory account plans, prioritize resources, execute to meet or exceed sales quota
*Utilize tools, systems processes effectively in order to meet individual organizational objectives
*Possess a broad and deep understanding of Cisco products
*Utilize strong communication and presentation skills that translate into ability to articulate and sell technological solutions
Maintain a virtual presence to your customers and stakeholders by leveraging tools such as WebEx to conduct sales calls and close business
Qualifications:*4-year degree preferred
*2 +years, of exceptional sales attainment in a quota-driven, high demand environment.
*IT sales, or B2B experience preferred
*Ability to quickly learn the disciplines of executive selling
*High degree of professionalism and relationship-building
*The ability to develop and engage a virtual sales team
*The ability to find, develop and close sales opportunities
*The ability to understand and add value to the customers business model
*Ability to position Cisco products and services
*The ability to modify strategy tactics to adjust to changes in competitive economic market conditions
*Develops relationships with new and existing customers to drive the sales process
*Knowledge of Cisco tools and processes for deal registration is a plus Experience with SFDC, Partner *Dynamics or other contact-management/CRM software a plus
