| Description: | Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented database architect and manager to play a key role in the development of our products. We are looking for a detail oriented, creative problem solver with critical thinking skills who will be an enthusiastic team player. The person in this position will be expected to work under minimal supervision and provide high-quality database design, development and management. This person must be someone who defines success through delivering high-quality code in a frequent, timely manner.
We create tools to capture, process, and deliver data for use in the service and repair industry. We do this in an open agile environment.
With an emphasis on technical knowledge and ability, this position also requires a desire to manage and lead a team of engineers and domain experts.

| Duties: | Essential Functions:
� Architectural Direction � 70%
o Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server 40%
o Perform design reviews, unit testing and code reviews on a regular basis 20%
o Author technical design documents 10%
� Project and Team Management � 30%
o Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
o Work with individual team leaders to ensure that deliverables are on target.
o Identify and resolve issues and conflicts for and between project teams.
o Set and continually manage project expectations with team members, executive management and other stakeholders.

| Qualifications: | Skills and Required Experience:
� Minimum 6+ years full-time experience developing using SQL Server
� Expertise designing databases, creating and maintaining stored procedures, UDFs, and triggers using T-SQL
� Optimization of relational databases and T-SQL
� SSIS and SSRS
� High level of analytical skills
� Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
� Literacy and fluency in Spanish is a plus
