Description:Our Prorgram Manager coordinates and defines requirements for SRS products and services with responsibility for the success of the product line he or she is assigned. In this role you will conduct market, customer and competitive research; write detailed product requirements; and define, prioritize, resolve, monitor and manage internal and external relationships to achieve product and company objectives. Frequently, this also involves working with an overseas development team to get a project built and maintained.

Duties:Essential Functions (Time spent on each function):

1.40% Work with our development team during the product design and development phase to ensure requirements are being met and key design input is being incorporated
2.20% Own the product and demonstrate this ownership by becoming appropriately involved during all phases of the product life cycle and by regularly communicating the product status, features, benefits, competitive position, and business performance to all interested parties
3.10% Define and drive product requirements, utilizing input from customers, partners, competitor research, internal sales, consulting, support, marketing and training sources according to the company's process for defining product requirements
4.10% Perform market & customer research (travel possible)
5.10% Work with the executive team to prioritize features and releases
6.5% Work with Marketing to deliver product and service collateral and to generate product definitions and awareness
7.5% Provide sales support as needed for key account and referral account inquiries and requests
Qualifications:�Takes ownership and responsibility for all aspects of product (successes and failures)
�Software Product Management experience (2+ years)
�Solid understanding of Agile software development principles
�Strong marketing research skills
�Strong oral and documentation skills
�Superior innovation and creative talent
�Ability to communicate ideas across an organization
�Excellent interpersonal skills and an appreciation for people and their ideas
�Extremely comfortable with self, but a desire to learn, grow and improve
�A team player; interested in doing the right thing, rather than being right (both are nice)
