As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with their support needs via Phone & E-Mail. You will need to become proficient in using CIS software products including installation and trouble shooting. Great work environment and business casual dress code.
:: Qualifications
Previous Technical Support experience.
Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Ability to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other communications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Database applications desired.
