Primary responsibilities include all or a combination of the following.
� Java Web Application Design and Development
� Analyze and evaluate IT projects
� Develop project plans and strategy
� Build new and enhance existing software applications

| Duties: | Responsibilities:
Required Technical Experience:
� 3+ years Hands-on Java web development experience
� SpringMVC, JSP, JSTL, JQuery, JPA, Maven experience
� Proven track record of accomplishing organizational goals
� Excellent verbal communication skills
� Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills

Preferred Experience:
� Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science
� Java, Spring, JSP, JSTL, JQuery, JPA, Maven
� SQL Server
Additional Experience:
� OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
� Knowledge Relational Database Design
� Technical Certifications
� Agile, (Scrum, Crystal, eXtreme Programming � XP) experience
Self Starter
