| Duties: | Successful candidate will provide IT Support to hospitals (communicating between Hospital IT departments and Physicians) while providing IT Support for Blackrock Neuromed�s Cervello system. |
| Qualifications: | Required Skills and Qualifications:
�Advanced knowledge of either Mac OSX or Windows 7 and mobile device
�Knowledge and understanding of Windows, XP, and Vista
�Knowledge and support of computer hardware for the troubleshooting miscellaneous hardware problems
�Knowledge and support of standard software packages including Microsoft Office and Adobe productivity tools
�Advanced knowledge and support of standard email applications including Exchange
�Knowledge of Ethernet and wireless networking protocols as well as knowledge of hubs, routers, IP, and terminal emulation concepts
�Required will be one of the following certifications: A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Apple / Mac
Desired Qualifications:
�A Bachelor's Degree in related field with related experience in support of Windows and Macintosh Systems
�Previous work experience (2 or more years) working for Hospital IT departments.
