We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team. The A/R Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing all invoicing, collections, payroll processing, and month end assistance.
This could be a part-time or full-time position from 24-32 hours a week, Monday through Friday, depending on candidate.
Duties include:
� Invoicing and recording payments from customers;
� Working closely with customers regarding collections;
� Assisting with bonus and commission calculations;
� Entering/processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis; and
� Assisting with month end and other miscellaneous duties as needed
The successful candidate must have the following:
� 4+ years of accounting experience;
� 2+ years experiencing performing accounts receivable duties;
� Excellent knowledge of Excel;
� Ability to work closely with employees to resolve invoicing issues and discrepancies;
� Ability to work directly with customers in a professional manner, both in writing and over the phone;
� Willingness to assist with miscellaneous projects as needed;
� Ability to be proactive and improve processes;
� Ability to work in a team environment;
� Excellent attention to detail;
� Ability to multi-task; and
� Willingness to always learn and grow.
