The Floor Supervisor provides leadership and staff oversight, and is is responsible for all daily operations of the sales floor. The Utah Red Zone Sandy retail store is located at 10497 S State Street, across from South Town Mall.

| Duties: | Oversees and gives leadership to the Utah Red Zone store located at 10497 S State Street, across from South Town Mall. Responsible for all daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring proper staff hiring, training, scheduling, merchandising and counseling.
Responsible for establishing vendor relationships and assisting with purchasing decisions. This position ensures sales goals and budgets are met and coordinates promotions, displays and advertising with Division Manager and the Marketing department.
This position ensures the sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing and coordinates with the Red Zone Buyers and Division Manager to ensure that stock levels are adequate at all times.
WORK SCHEDULE
9 am - 6 pm, M-F, some weekends and holidays. |
| Qualifications: | Associate�s Degree in a business-related field or equivalency; two years full-time customer service; supervisory experience or equivalency; and demonstrated effective human relations and communication skills required.
PREFERENCES
Bachelor�s degree in a business related field and cash handling experience preferred. 2+ years supervisory experience in a retail setting; 6 months+ purchasing experience.
