Job Summary
Responsible for assigned aspects of QA test planning and test execution activities for the 360 Encompass product
Participate in planning sessions to identify sequence and approach to release development
Participate in design sessions to influence design based on testing needs
Create test cases (both manual and automated) and test data to certify specifications
Develop/Execute test cases and test data (both manual and automated)
Responsibilities also include risk management, development of level of estimates for assigned work, participation in project planning, project status meetings and the participation in any post-implementation reviews to identify and recommend solutions to close identified gaps and ensure product success
Additional responsibilities may include the design/development of automated scripts, running automated scripts and analyzing results as well as testing C&RS Windows and Web platforms
May also be required to provide assistance to the Customer Care team to verify/reproduce reported issues

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of software quality assurance
3+ years of software test automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
In depth knowledge of test tools/automation tools, techniques, methods and procedures
Ability to work well in a team environment and to foster a collaborative approach to work assignments
Keen negotiation skills
Ability to meet predefined deadlines, prioritize work assignments and ensure deliverable dates are met
Timely identification of risks and risk mitigation strategies to team ability to multitask with minimal direction while meeting aggressive project deadlines
Hands-on experience with Winrunner or Functional Test
Experience testing in one or more of the following operating systems/platforms: Windows, Apache server and Linux
Experience with processing/interpreting/testing HL7 messages
Knowledge of SQL and querying databases
Experience testing web application and web services
Experience with VB Script and Javascript
Experience with Quality Center, and Telelogic tool suite
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
Able to support multiple product releases concurrently while meeting all deliverable deadlines
Experience working with virtual teams
