Job Summary
Primary responsibilities will include the following:
Provide day to day oversight of the implementation process for clients who have purchased 3M 360 Encompass.
Relationship coordinator to foster a partnership between 3M HIS and the client.
Communicate internal and external messages, enacting one central point of contact.
Client implementation management through process oversight, status updates, and support management.
Client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency.
Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client's management team.
50% Travel required

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years experience within Healthcare IT software industry
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work in fast-paced environments and maintain excellent customer relations skills
