| Description: | First and foremost, a Developer is part of a Scrum Team. As a Scrum Team member you will be required to participate in whatever activities are required to successfully meet the Sprint deliverables. This will range from architecting a solution to writing documentation to supporting the deliverable. At times you will use your specialized abilities and other times you will work in areas that you are capable however not specialized in. You will grow individually, thus increasing your capability to provide additional value to the company. You will be highly engaged in solving complex problems using new and existing technologies. As needed you will participate in the role of Architect on our Architecture Committee.

| Duties: | Develop software using Visual Studio C# & ASP.NET
Architects solutions � Writes technical sheets in a clear, concise manner
Utilizes Design Patterns, creates new design patterns as needed.
Determines when to start architecting a piece of the solution based on timeframe/backlog/etc
Work in an Agile Development Shop
Equally participates as a SCRUM Team member
Daily scrum meetings and Weekly Product Backlog grooming meeting
Mentors other developers as needed

| Qualifications: | Required Skills:
5+ years development experience (coding and architecting)
3+ years current .NET client/server development experience
C# .NET
ASP .NET
Strong SQL Development Background (SQL Server and MySQL)
Enterprise class software development (Stability, Logging, Communication, Redundancy, etc.)
Multithreading experience
Paired programming and Unit Testing
Strong team atmosphere � looking for individuals willing to take ownership and be part of the team
Ability to lead any engineering effort to a successful deliverable (Design, Development, QA, etc).
Library framework knowledge (how to build a library framework/keep it simple)
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of design patterns (what they are, why they are beneficial, and bonus if they've created their own)
Windows Services \ WPF \ WCF
Socket Communication development experience
Hardware development experience
Soft Skills:
Articulate, ability to clearly define deliverables and estimated effort
Ability to train/mentor
Willing to speak up when there�s a problem or concern
Able to disagree/discuss issues in a creative,
constructive fashion
Not afraid to say �I don�t know�, Enjoys technology
