Job Summary
Software design, coding, and debugging tools for domain content specialists.
Apply Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and principles in software design and development.
Work with other software engineers, and domain content specialists to generate clinical rules.
Adhere to team design and coding procedures and standards.

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years experience developing browser-based applications
1+ years experience with C/C++
3+ combined years development experience in Java and/or C#
3+ years experience using XML and XSLT
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, development environments and tools.
Experience developing Windows applications
Experience with HTML, JavaScript and AJAX
Experience in Web Services standards and coding
Experience with statistical modeling, analysis and tools
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience in user interface design and human factors
