Job Summary
Serve as Development Product Analyst working to identify key support issues with specific focus on 360 Encompass Product.
Assist in escalated support activities for the 360 Encompass product and assist in product training as needed. Focus on product environment issues, product integration, interfacing needs and I-10 readiness.
Knowledge of networks, Windows OS, Web environments and Citrix environments is required.
Work with QA to review SCRs submitted for product builds pertaining to 360 Encompass.
Participate in pre-sales, support issues, pre-release and/or beta testing conference calls with vendors/customers as needed.
Work with Customer Care, Development and Marketing to address technical concerns identified by our customers.
Additional responsibilities could include working with Marketing, Development and other team members on software design and development for HIM products, focused on the 360 Encompass product.
Work with other Development staff and Marketing as needed to seek clarification on market requirements for assigned product(s).
Participate, coordinate and lead design discussions as appropriate to ensure clarity of issue; working with other PA's as needed to ensure appropriately documented product specifications.
Work with assigned product team representing the PA function as needed and follow established team processes.
Work with team to identify process improvements.
Work with other PA's and team members to develop release documentation, create or review user and installation documentation.
Maintain technical hardware configuration needs.

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years combined experience working in software development environment as a product analyst with specification writing
Preferred Qualifications
An ability to troubleshoot complex computer systems required and an understanding of medical grouping, editing, coding, abstracting, reimbursement and billing within the healthcare industry is a plus.
Windows O/S, networking and Citrix experience required.
Experience with processing/interpreting HL7 messages required
Knowledge of SQL and querying databases
Experience with HIM Products is preferred.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is required.
Familiarity with the Telelogic Suite of Tools, specifically DOORS and Change Synergy also a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
Software troubleshooting/development experience on multiple platforms desirable.
Successful candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Keen negotiation skills
Ability to meet predefined deadlines, prioritize work assignments and ensure deliverable dates are met
Timely identification of risks and risk mitigation strategies to team ability to multitask with minimal direction while meeting aggressive project deadlines

Experience working with virtual teams
