Job Summary
Software design, coding, and debugging the Coding and Reimbursement System - Computer Assisted Edition software product.
Apply Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and principles in software design and development.
Work with other software engineers, clinical analysts, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems.
Adhere to team design and coding procedures and standards.
Interact with customers to resolve operational problems and determine customer requirements.

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1+ years experience developing browser-based applications
3+ years experience with C/C++
1+ years experience in Web Services standards and coding
1+ years experience using XML
1+ years experience with HTML and JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, development environments and tools
Experience developing Windows applications
Experience with C# and .Net
Experience with Java, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript and AJAX
Experience with SQL Server (Services, Applications, Libraries)
Experience working in the area of data mining/search engines
Experience with statistical modeling, analysis and tools
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience in user interface design and human factors
