Description:General Function:


Responsible for the management of the Corporate Intranet and SharePoint 2010. Day to day duties will include assisting users, troubleshooting problems, as well as any customizations required. Provides an analytical view of the presented problems and offer solutions that can then be implemented



Reporting Function:


This position reports to Integrated Marketing Communication Manager.




Essential Functions:


The essential job duties of this position are:

1. Responsible for basic content administration related to the Corporate Intranet.

2. Assist in the design, development, and deployment of various customizations to SharePoint.

3. Work and collaborate with various departments in the creation of functional requirements for complex workflows and customizations

4. Provide user level support to SharePoint users and site level administrators.

5. Design and develop custom applications as required for specific business needs.

6. Provide customer level support for specific products and customizations.

7. Responsible for daily and weekly system checks.

8. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Job Qualifications


Education/Credentials required:
� Bachelor�s degree


Experience/skills required:
� Three years of collective experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Project Server SharePoint and Project Web Access functionality and best practices

� One year of experience using Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer

� One year of HTML, CSS, Javascript and .NET programming experience

� One year of experience with InfoPath forms and Form Libraries

� Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and Project Server 2010



Experience/skills preferred:
� Experience with intranet design
