Job Summary
� Serve as a Software Quality Engineer, for the grouping, editing and reimbursement component team.
� Participate on an Agile team to support quarterly release goals for assigned components with a focus on the development of automation solutions that decrease the time to deliver and increase product quality.
� Analysis, design and program software test suites to verify large and complex data sets.
� Perform quality assurance work on assigned components in support of release work by executing, analyzing testing results and by executing automation.
� Identify software discrepancies and resolve differences from expected behavior.
� Design and program data analysis tools.
� Design and implement programs for efficiently transporting, transforming, comparing and presenting of testing results.
� Expand automated test case generation.
� Build software programs to create and maintain positive and destructive test cases that verify the appropriate behavior of software deliverables as defined by requirements, specifications.
� Participate and support product integration.

| Qualifications: | Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 years of software quality assurance
3 years of software test automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proficient in assessing software completeness against design specifications.
Proficient with high level programming languages (C++, .NET or Java)
Skilled at creating software test plans.
Experience with software test automation tools.
Software quality assurance experience.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines, and multiple projects.
Analytical and detailed oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Domain Language experience a plus.
SQL experience a plus.
Experience with Web development a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals on the team.
Experience with HIS Products.
Familiarity with the Telelogic Suite of Tools, specifically DOORS and Change Synergy.
Agile Development experience.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet predefined deadlines, prioritize work assignments and ensure deliverable dates are met.
Timely identification of risks and risk mitigation strategies.
Ability to multitask, with minimal direction, while meeting aggressive project deadlines.
Able to support multiple product releases concurrently while meeting all deliverable deadlines.
Experience working with virtual teams.
