| Description: | TechMediaNetwork, an online publisher of technology and science websites to engage and inform consumers is the 95th largest web property in the world. The rapid growth of our dynamic, entrepreneurial, exciting and fun industry leader has created the need for an HR Manager. This newly created position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. In this exciting role, the HR Manager will deliver high quality HR services, programs, and tools to senior executives, managers and employees. Responsibilities will include staffing, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, HR data management, legal compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, problem resolution, mediation and negotiation skills; will exhibit sound business judgment and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high change environment. He or she will possess specialized expertise in one or more of employment, EEO/AA, compensation, training, benefits, legal compliance, employee relations. The ability to prioritize, work independently and handle complex employee relations issues from inception through resolution is key.

| Qualifications: | Qualifications/Requirements:
� BS degree required
� At least 5 years professional human resources experience
� Working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
� Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
� Experience with ADP payroll and HR a plus
