| Description: | Responsibilities
�Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions by Product Management department and discussion with developers.
�Build and maintain testing automation, scripting, and regression testing.
�Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, report and track defects, verify fixes, and perform follow-up work to resolve issues.
�Participate in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware test environments.
Requirements of Education and Experience:
�Associate's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
�Ability to solve problems creatively.
�Strong written and oral communications skills.
�Good problem-solving skills.
�Programming experience in modern scripting languages.
�Working knowledge of Linux/Unix.
�Familiar with virtualization technologies.
�Familiar with Web testing tools, like Selenium or others.
�Familiar with Web-based technologies including HTML, JavaScript, Java, XML, and Tomcat.
�At least three years of QA experience.
Desired Skills:
�PERL programming language
�HPC administration experience
�Data center administration
�Networking experience
�Familiarity with gdb, valgrind, autoconf, make, and other Linux development tools
�Linux server administration experience
�Experience with open-source community projects
�Good grasp of multiplatform portability issues and concerns
