| Duties: | Duties:
� Assisting with human resource duties such as new hire orientation, maintenance of confidential files, and oversight of medical and dental benefits
� Assisting Controller with various accounting duties such as A/R, A/P, and collections
� Event planning and coordination
� Overseeing the Company Wellness Program
� Assisting with documentation and other company communications
� Receiving and screening telephone communications
� Greeting and tracking visitors
� Filing, data entry, and scanning of important documents
� Sorting and distribution of incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail
� Coordinating travel arrangements
� Compiling reports
� Tracking and maintaining office supplies
� Performing a variety of administrative duties in order to ensure the smooth running of the office
� Performing other duties as needed

| Qualifications: | Requirements:
College coursework, Bachelor�s degree preferred. Previous Administrative experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication, good phone etiquette and organizational skills, detail-oriented, reliable and dependable, excellent written communication skills.
Skills:
Proficiency with word processing and computer spreadsheets. Strong organizational skills and ability to learn quickly. Capable of managing multiple tasks. Ability to communicate in a positive manner, both verbally and in writing.
Hours:
M-F, 8 am � 5 pm
