Today�s employment opportunity, Internet Sales Associate Straight up...MarketStar recently expanded services for a massive client social technology endeavor and we need sales professionals to facilitate very specific sales initiatives. The position offers a very stable base salary and great potential for very high commissions. Just the perfect job for the motivated individual who knows their way around the social network, enjoys sales and excels with the aid of some of the finest sales support available.
Duties:Here�s what you�ll be doing:
� Waking up each morning excited to come to work because you are self-motivated.
� Generating leads and closing deals on a new, dynamic offering.
� Tracking your great results in Salesforce.com<http://Salesforce.com>, Excel or other tools as needed.
� Buddy up to your Manager regularly to ensure strong progress, performance and high commissions.
� Get your weekly activity reports and pertinent competitive data submitted.
� Be a leader, mentor and cheer coach to all of your fellow team mates.
Qualifications:Education Required:
� 4-year college degree and/or convincing equivalent, but hey, a 2-year degree works when coupled with the right experience.

Experience Required:
� 2-4 years sales experience, B2B and direct sales preferred.

Knowledge and skills that will ensure your success:
� A passion for social technologies. (unless living under a rock, you�re online social...Passion is desirable) � The skills necessary to distill how the internet & social networking can drive sales for a SMB.
� Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
� Always advancing market and product knowledge relative to your initiatives.
� Being a dynamic sales personality and having vibrant phone sales skills.
� Application of all previous sales and account management experience.
� Being self-reliant, self-motivated, adaptable, decisive, and professional.
� Being a great communicator and sales guru.
� Previous technology background is helpful.
� Ability to learn quickly and comprehend solidly.
� Able to excel in a team environment.
� Ambitious and Results-driven.
