| Description: | ThoughtLab is looking for a highly creative, extraordinarily talented web/graphic designer who gets excited about creating unique, strongly branded web experiences that are easy to use. This person will take a strategic approach to branding and design through the entire creative process: from abstract concepts to tangible interfaces.
We are looking for someone who enjoys pushing beyond current design trends to create compelling online experiences, is able to deliver multiple aesthetics and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Candidates must have a stellar portfolio.

| Duties: | • Interacting with clients to gather and interpret design needs
• Design for both print and web media from rough to polish
• Developing visual aspects of client brands, logos, interfaces, color schemes, icons and animations
• Maintaining an ongoing understanding of design trends
|
| Qualifications: | • Mad Talent and experience in interactive design (whether you are senior or junior – talent trumps experience)
• Exceptional typography skills
• Ability to manage time to meet deadlines
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Flash, photography, 3D or video skills a plus
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
• BFA or equivalent experience required
