| Duties: | Create, design, code, and deliver effective web media programs including web site, e-marketing campaigns, newsletters, lead-generation email, direct mail, and other print communications. |
| Qualifications: | Required Skills:
� Experience with web graphic design and light programming: HTML, CSS, PHP
� A thorough knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Quark (or other equal print layout tools)
� Demonstrated ability to translate rough creative ideas into polished and highly optimized creative ready for the web
� Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques
� Video file management experience and knowledge of Flash
� Comfortable collaborating as part of a team on a project or working
� Ability to work independently on projects
� Capacity to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment
� Ability to meet established project deadlines
� Ability to design for results, and to integrate testing into the creative
� Website and code examples required
� Demonstrated passion for marketing and interactive media
� Authorized for employment in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
Preferred Skills:
� Light to moderate capabilities with JavaScript, MySQL, Linux/Apache web server environment, web application security, including SSL/HTTPS
� Familiarity with Adobe Contribute, Omniture, and vTrends desired
� Direct response marketing experience desired
� Bachelor degree desired
