Twelve Horses is seeking a passionate and motivated professional for the position of Creative Services Designer to help ensure that Twelve Horses continues to stay..."a leading provider of cost effective, easy-to-use, high impact email marketing solutions." The mission of the Creative Services Team is to help clients generate the most successful campaign in the shortest amount of time.
The applicant must have an aspiration to learn about the latest technologies, standards and industry best practices, and have the ability to ramp-up and learn quickly. A clear writing ability is necessary for documentation and communication. Attention to detail and correctly estimating project time lines are essential. You must have a desire to create positive client/user experiences that are not only functional and useful, but also innovative.
Key Responsibilities
1:1 interaction with client
Cost estimation of work requested by client
Creation of new and innovative user experiences that are designed to reach client's target demographics
Initial design layout (web and/or email marketing materials)
HTML, XHTML, and CSS development
Interactive online development
Maintenance of existing clients' web sites and applications, marketing materials and overall brand identity
Continuous research and education in creative field
Work well with others, multi-tasking, identifying problems, creating solutions
Work with outside agencies on creative collateral pieces

| Duties: | Requirements
Minimum 3 years of direct experience creating interactive and traditional marketing campaigns.
Highly imaginative with experience leading a creative process within an organization.
Ability to work in a high energy, semi-structured environment. Also needs to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented manner.
Must provide portfolio of digital/traditional work. |
