The Opportunity:
Work directly with the CFO in developing comprehensive analysis to improve and guide the operational and financial effectiveness of the organization. You will develop projects and programs aimed at planning, forecasting, analyzing and reporting. |
| Duties: | •Assist in developing budgets, business plans, financial models and forecasts.
•Improve financial status by analyzing results and variences; identifying trends; recommending actions.
•Provide insightful analysis on revenue and operating expenses through understanding of key business drivers.
•Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the financial systems.
•Compile and report information to the executive team by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
•Streamline and further develop management reporting package and metrics and drive standardization.
•Increase productivity by developing automated processes; eliminating duplications; and coordinating financial information requirements.
•Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis, including special projects resulting from changing business requirements and initiatives.
•Serve as the finance interface between departments with exposure to a wide range of management.

| Qualifications: | •BS degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
•3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
•SaaS or software industry experience a plus.
•Strong proficiency in the use of software applications, databases and spreadsheets.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
•Effective written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to work with and present to C-level management.
•Team player with a results driven focus.
