| Description: | Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau to hire a Director of Sales with overall strong leadership skills to manage its Convention Sales Department on a day-to-day basis and includes working alongside Sales Managers in a Sales role.
This position will report to the President/CEO and will supervise Sales Managers.

| Duties: | Candidate will drive and grow group and conference/convention sales for UVCVB. A broad functional knowledge and experience in areas of convention sales and city-wide�s is crucial. Establishes specific quarterly and annual room night goals and objectives and ensures established goals and quotas are met. |
| Qualifications: | Four year degree from an academic institution (preferred) with a minimum of five years� experience directly and successfully managing sales managers in hotel or convention and visitor bureau environment (with a proven history of sales success qualified by references). Experience collaborating on marketing initiatives in a hotel or convention and visitors bureau preferred. |
