| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
� Design and develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests
� Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers
� Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms

| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS:
� Web: Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
� RIA: Flex familiarity a plus
� Frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Tapestry/Struts/JSF experience a plus
� Steep and Deep: A longing for fresh powder and a pair of fat skis (helpful but not required)
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
� Education: Degree in Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience
� Experience: 1-4+ years experience in software development
� Java: 1+ years experience with Servlets/JSP/etc
� Database: 1+ years SQL experience, large scale DB experience a plus
