| Description: | V�rit� is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and creative ActionScript 3.0 Developer. Prospects need to have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Current and emerging web technologies, and a passion for turning cutting edge technologies into real world applications.
A strong understanding of AS3, XML, and database technology is a must. Other helpful skills include Flex, Javascript, Director/ Lingo, widget platforms (yourminis, Yahoo widgets, Google gadgets) and other web 2.0, multimedia, and new-media technologies.

| Duties: | - Hand coding in ActionScript 3.0 and XML, creating Flash & Adobe Air applications
- Building functional Flash & HTML demos for prototyping and presentations
- Projects include animations, video, audio, websites, Micro-sites, widgets, CD/DVD and mobile technologies.

| Qualifications: | � 2+ years experience designing/developing Flash applications (ActionScript 3.0 preferably)
� Understanding and implementing OOP methods
� Knowledge of UI design and experience with the Adobe Product Suite
� Understanding of Web 2.0, widgets, social networking, blogging & podcasts
� Strong written and oral command of English Language
� Strong communication and teamwork skills
