| Description: | Position Summary:
Position focusing on the lab-scale manufacture of clinical and pre-clinical products in a manual to semi-automated environment. Will also participate in product development of topical creams and transdermal patches.

| Duties: | Duties and Responsibilities:
� Lab and pilot scale production of topical creams and transdermal patches for R&D, pre-clinical and clinical trials
� Test R&D, pre-clinical, and clinical trial material for informational purposes, in-process verification, finished product release and/or stability
� Maintain laboratory and pilot plant order and cleanliness
� Perform room and equipment cleaning between manufacturing events
� Weigh and �kit� raw materials for manufacturing events
� Collect and analyze data from engineering studies and write final reports
� Draft experimental batch records
� Order and procure materials
� Assist engineers in the manufacturing process of all products as needed
� Aid in the research and development of new products
� Assist in process scale-up from Phase 1 to Phase 3 clinical studies
� Assist wherever else necessary, if in line with skills possessed

| Qualifications: | Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
� Ability to follow written procedures (i.e., Batch Records and Standard Test Methods) and verbal instructions precisely (�right the first time� execution of instructions)
� Must be in pursuit of BS in an engineering-related field
� Good attention to detail and organizational skills required
� Ability to understand and follow cGMP requirements
