| Description: | Position Profile: This position requires managerial and professional skills and the ability to manage, implement, and administer all resource requirements and deliverables within a developmental project or program. With broad latitude, this Program Manager will manage application specific strategic programs and have a major impact on L 3�s business goals and financial objectives.

| Duties: | Competencies: This position requires the ability to interface with customers, manage customer relationships, and develop follow on business. The Program Manager will be able to lead a cross functional team of engineering and manufacturing personnel to deliver systems that meet highly technical customer requirements.
- Tasks include management of the budgets and requirements for communication system programs, including acting as the managerial lead for proposal activities.
- Experience in proposal preparation, managing budgets and schedules including risk management, project planning, and requirements management are key.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary. -

| Qualifications: | Education/Experience: A BSEE/MSEE/MBA or equivalent education in an applicable Engineering discipline and 10+ years of systems/project engineering experience including experience coordinating engineering activities is necessary
Special Requirements: Due to the nature of our work this position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. You must be able to travel on occasion.
