| Description: | The School Improvement Network, a well-established and rapidly growing business, is pleased to announce the opening of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position. The ISR is responsible for building key relationships with potential clients in order to generate quality leads for team members. Qualified candidates will have had great experience conducting some web-based research and will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be experienced with tenacious goal setting and accomplishment. |
| Duties: | • Gain knowledge of education market.
• Generate a specific amount of leads through calling on prospects.
• Follow up on leads via phone and e-mail.
• Send product information.
• Set up prospects with demo licenses.
• Assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations.
• Follow up with scheduled appointments.
• Re-schedule canceled appointments and follow up on leads.
• Complete order forms.
• Commit to work 40 hours per week during strategic call times.
• Work as a team to grow assigned territory.
• Demonstrate a confident, outgoing personality.

| Qualifications: | • Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Exceptional professional relationship building experience.
• Computer proficiency in Windows, Internet, Word, Outlook/Email, Web Applications, etc is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Technically Savvy.
• Web-based research skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• College degree preferred.
