| Description: | Customer Dynamics is seeking a CRM Technical Specialist who has experience in Business Analysis, SQL Server Administration, Report Writing, and .NET programming.

| Duties: | • Determine and implement technical solutions to business problems
• Provide front line technical support of field Consultants.
• Configure CRM including screen design and layout as required.
• Design and write SQL Reports using SRS.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
• Will be a self starter with high energy, creativity, and resourcefulness.

| Qualifications: | • Minimum 3 years business experience
• 4 year degree – technical preferred
• Experience in working with sales, marketing and customer service processes
• Strong business presentation, verbal communication, and technical writing skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Development and Administration
• Intermediate to Advanced level experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
• 3+ years programming experience with .NET. Must be comfortable with C#, HTML, XML, T-SQL, JavaScript, and .NET in general.
• Desire to learn, grow and exceed expectations.
